Traditional installation methods to elevate the modern home

Similarly to Tarmac®, block paving is quick to install and fully managed by the specialist team at Ultimate Driveways. There are several factors that will influence the price for block paving however, an average price is around £100 per metre squared. Whilst this is slightly more expensive than other surfacing materials, paving is highly durable and is expected to last anywhere between 20 and 25 years, depending on usage and maintenance.
Once your new block paving is installed (usually within 5 days), it will be ready to drive on after 48hrs, though you can still walk on this after 2-3 hours. Due to the nature of the installation, you may need to obtain planning permission however, our teams will advise accordingly before we get started on works at your property in Dartmouth.
